It’s 52 km total. Day 7 is gentle (to Dirapuk with north face views). Day 8 is the hardest (up to Dolma La 5630 m, then down to Zuthulpuk). Day 9 is easy descent back to Darchen. Porters/yaks carry your main bag — most people manage it with our support.
