The best way to see Nepal An amazing trip with a wonderful group of people . Janga , our guide was attentive to every detail . We had some unscheduled issues back in the UK whilst out in Nepal , which affected our schedule and Janga and his team went above and beyond to help us work around . We cannot recommend Firante enough. Super organised, attentive to every need whilst ensuring we got to submerse ourselves in the local culture and learn about this beautiful country .

Firante trek and expeditions Nepal This was the third time that Firante was organizing a trek for my husband and I and every time was perfect. This time we went to the Tsum Valley, a beautiful and hidden valley in the Himalayas. Unfortunately we couldn't finish the trek because I injured my knee but the manager of Firante, Janga Lama, was absolutely prompt and attentive, organizing my eli rescue, transfer to the hospital and giving me any help I needed. Also our guide and porter were doing all their best to help us. We thank them all! We thank again Janga for the help and friendship! We are sure we will come back again!

It included an excellent guide for Kathmandu, a top quality guide and porter team for our trek and transport to a variety of locations throughout Nepal, including airport pick up and drop off. He managed all the details, including visas and trekking permits, communicated everything clearly and made sure we were totally looked after. The business operator Janga Lama was our guide from start to finish and led us to Namche, Everest View Hotel then out West to Simikot for an unbelievable 5 day home stay adventure in the Himalayas at 3600m. Then a flight to Nepalgunj to visit Bardia National Park where we enjoyed the wonderful Rhino Lodge and even sighted the elusive Bengal Tiger. Janga is the ultimate professional, attending to all aspects of our trip. Excellent command of English with an in depth knowledge of all aspects of Nepalese life and culture, he made this trip truly memorable. All we had to do was soak it all up. Amazing leadership, experience you can trust, and genuine staff Janga is amazing. I connected with him through a friend and before I even landed in Nepal he was willing to help me with everything from plane tickets to Visas to general thoughts on our itinerary, and all with quick response time. He completely saved our last minute (and thus poorly planned) trek through the Three Passes with his efficient work ethic, genuine compassion, constant willingness to help, and wide range of experience that allowed him to casually recite detailed advice for any question we had. In the matter of two hours he had booked us hard to find plane tickets for the next day, taken us through the trek day by day with all his super helpful pro-tips, walked us through our budget, and shared anecdotes/pictures that brought the trip to life while sitting in his office. When our KTM-Lukla flight (inevitably) ended up getting cancelled due to bad weather the next day, he called us within an hour to report he had found us an in with a helicopter for hardly any cost. Truly a miracle worker this guy. And watching him work is a testament to his competence—he is so in the loop and connected to the right people that it seems he can make anything happen in just a 30 second phone call! And, because the little things matter with these types of services, this guy is worth supporting—the type of person to immediately bring you tea when you come to his office, to sit with you over lunch and share stories, and show you his endearing grin even while recalling intense moments in his life. Overall, definitely use this company for any travel/trekking needs, I will definitely connect with Janga the next time I am in Nepal!

Everest base camp trek via Gokyo lakes I traveled with my 10 friends for this beautiful trek and for the first time going to the heights of 19500 feet. I was very happy to get this company and Mr Janga as our guide, who made this trek a wonderful experience for all of us. We had health related problems for two people in our group but they managed even helicopter rescue for them in places where there was almost no phone connectivity. They did everything as professionally and took personal care for everyone. Janga and his team were excellent and always ready to help with smiles. I am planning to send my son and his friends for this trek this year with them. Actually,, I met Mr Janga during my trek in Humla region to Kailash Mansarovar in 2013, where he was leading another group but helped my group though we had hired other agent and had some problems.

An amazing experience with an amazing tour company! Out of the numerous treks that Firante offer, we opted to do the Three Passes. It was no easy feat, but under the fantastic guidance of Chhiring we completed it (albeit one pass due to very very snowy conditions)!! I think it is fair to say that without Firante, their guides, and organisation we would not have got as far as we did. The itinerary was expertly planned from the sites visible along the way, the guide’s local knowledge really shone here, through to the pacing of the whole adventure since the effects of altitude were soon noticed. Chhiring always made sure that our needs, especially of the stomach-variety, were seen to. Thanks to him every part of the tour ran smoothly :) Also, Janga made the whole booking process very easy - he was prompt at replying and answered any queries in full detail.
