Trip overview
Altitude is the biggest challenge — not the riding itself. You sleep the highest at Everest Base Camp North ~5200 m. Many passes are 4800–5300 m. That’s why we go very slowly, spend enough nights at each level and give your body time to adapt. Almost everyone feels it, but with proper pace very few people get really sick.
We carry oxygen, have basic medicines and know exactly when it’s better to descend.
