Teahouse menus offer a wide range: dal bhat (the local staple filling and nutritious), pasta, soups, rice dishes, omelettes, porridge, pizza (yes, even at altitude), and hot drinks. All breakfasts, lunches, and dinners during the trek are included in our package. At altitude, your appetite may decrease, so prioritize carbohydrates and stay well hydrated.
